This following document sets forth the Privacy Policy for the smartphone application JiFEE Jobs and its associated Web Portal.
JiFEE Technologies Sdn Bhd (we, JiFEE) are the developers of the smartphone application called JiFEE Jobs (Mobile App), as well as the web portal (Portal) located at www.jifee.io/portal, and are committed to providing you with the best possible customer service experience.
We have created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to help our users better understand what information we collect about them and what may happen to that information. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices.
By accepting this Privacy Policy you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner prescribed in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the terms of the Terms and Conditions. Subject to the requirements of applicable law, we strive to provide a consistent set of privacy practices.
The Mobile App provides a profile registration screen "Edit Profile". Any personal information entered into that page is saved into the JiFEE Jobs App and it is available for users of the Portal to register your device to accept delivery information.
The Portal allows for adding Admin users and therefore some personal information is also stored into the Portal. That information is only visible to users associated to the same company in the Portal
Your personal information is only used in the context of the application usage and it is not transmitted to any third-party entities.
At regular intervals, the Mobile App also collects the user's current location (GPS coordinates), as well as the time stamp and the location (GPS coordinates) of the deliveries registered into the application. The user's current location can be displayed on a map in the portal and it is only visible to Portal users who have registered your device into their account. The user's current location is also used for the purpose of gauging statistics on usage, trends and for calculating suggested routes, estimated travel time as well as obtaining information related to live traffic events that are displayed on the app.
The Mobile App displays travel time and traffic events which are obtained from third-party entities, which may be located in other countries. In order to obtain such information the user's current location needs to be forwarded to those entities at regular intervals. No other user identifiable information is forwarded to those entities. JiFEE Technologies takes reasonable steps to ensure that these organisations are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of your non-personally identifiable information.
JiFEE Technologies Sdn Bhd reserves the right to make amendments to this Privacy Policy at any time, which is available through the app. If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should not utilise the JiFEE Jobs application.
You have a right to access your non-personally identifiable information, subject to exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please let us know. You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons. OzPoint reserves the right to charge a fee for searching for, and providing access to, your information on a per request basis.
